Since 2017, we have been providing our clients with temporary staffing, direct employments, as well as service and work contracts. We cover industries such as automotive, railway, industrial and special machinery, robotics, telecommunications, aerospace, banking and insurance. Our focus is on providing candidates for project implementation within our client's companies.

Christmas in a Shoebox

Christmas in a Shoebox is one of the world's most recognized gift campaigns for children in need. Each year around Christmas, we wrap loving gifts in shoeboxes for children in affected countries. The shoeboxes from German-speaking countries have been distributed mainly in Eastern Europe. Ukraine was also included last year.

Sponsor child Mary from Zambia

We are especially proud of our sponsored child Mary from Zambia, Africa. Thanks to Guldberg, Mary has access to food, education and medical care through the Hoffnungsträger Foundation. We are happy to be able to make her life easier and are excited and happy to follow her development.

UNICEF donations

We are passionate about helping people in need. That's why we support UNICEF's refugee relief program through regular fundraising campaigns. Through UNICEF, we have also donated to the suffering people of Ukraine.

Sport sponsorship in Football and Tennis

We support not only globally, but also locally. As we are headquartered in Munich, it is important to us to support local sports clubs in the greater Munich area. That's why we're pleased to be the official sponsor of several sports clubs.

Formula Student

As part of the Formula Student student initiative, we sponsor the Schanzer Racing Team from the Technical University of Ingolstadt. This sponsorship includes the construction of their very own electric vehicle.

Our founders

Sonja and Andreas Scherer are not only a good team in private as husband and wife and parents, but also in their professional life as successful entrepreneurs. Guldberg has grown massively in recent years. From the beginnings, when Sonja and Andreas Scherer were the first two employees of Guldberg GmbH, to a large team of in-house and project consultants with more than 150 employees. Several locations throughout Germany have now been established and well-known major customers have been convinced and won over. The Guldberg spirit, which stands for a familiar, open and individual approach to our employees, is deeply anchored in our corporate culture.

  • Sonja Scherer

    Sonja Scherer gained her first professional experience in the recruitment and staffing industry during her studies. When Guldberg GmbH was founded in 2017, she built up the business development together with Andreas Scherer and established successful structures in the company. With her professional experience, winning personality, entrepreneurial skills and Master's degree in Management from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, Sonja Scherer is the ideal complement to Andreas Scherer's professional expertise and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Andreas Scherer

    After graduating in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Andreas Scherer decided to launch Guldberg GmbH in 2017 and take his entrepreneurial ambitions to the next level. With the vision to revolutionize the recruitment/staffing industry, he set out to create a process that would enable a faster match between customer requirements for open positions and the skills of individual candidates. To this day, this vision is reflected in Guldberg's claim: "THE MATCH THAT STAYS".

Present throughout Germany

Headquarters Munich

Since our founding in 2017, Munich has been Guldberg's headquarters and central hub. With an overview of all our activities in Germany and Europe, we personally support our customers in all questions and decisions with expert information.

Due to the favorable location of our office, employees and customers from the Munich area can easily reach us via public transport (S1, U3 or tram line 20). Visitors from outside Munich can easily reach us by car via the A99 and B304. You will find a marked Guldberg visitor parking lot on the opposite side of the street.

Stuttgart and Bremen

It is very important to us to provide our customers with local and personal service. That is why we have expanded to suitable locations throughout Germany. Our largest offices are located in Stuttgart and Bremen. This allows us to have a regional presence close to our customers.
