Solution Architect (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Analysis of functional and technical requirements and derivation of suitable solution architectures
Creation of architecture concepts, technical designs, and standards
Advising internal stakeholders on technologies, architecture principles, and best practices
Evaluation and selection of suitable technologies, platforms, and system components
Ensuring the technical quality, scalability, security, and maintainability of the solution
Supporting the entire software life cycle – from planning and implementation to operation
Coordinating and liaising with development teams, project managers, and external partners
Conducting architecture reviews and risk analyses
Documenting architecture decisions and relevant technical artifacts
Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates and project plans

Your qualifications:

Degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in software development or system architecture
In-depth knowledge of modern IT architectures (e.g., cloud, microservices, API design, integration)
Understanding of common technologies and frameworks depending on the area of application
Experience with architecture methods and standards (e.g., TOGAF, UML, C4 model)
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way
Structured, analytical mindset and high quality awareness
Fluent German and English skills
Willingness to travel approx. 50% of the time
